West Ham have an excessive list of targets this January with Nuno keen on domestic market, as ExWHUEmployee provides an update.

In what is undoubtedly a hugely significant transfer window with the club firmly in a full scale relegation battle this season, it appears there are a number of player the club could target in the coming weeks.

In terms of exits though first, it’s now confirmed that Niclas Fullkrug is set to move to AC Milan on a loan with an option to buy, which is around 15m euros.

Ex provided an update then on what the current state of play with regards to incoming players.

“Nuno still wants domestic targets but the club are not convinced there is great value there,” stated Ex on The West Ham Way Patreon.

“Adama Traore remains a player very much on the list for this window, with the manager having worked with the player successfully at Wolves.

“Hadji Wright of Coventry is a player the club admire, although Coventry are adamant they don’t want to sell and have given us a huge asking price.

“Ellis Simms is however another the manager likes and is at this stage regarded as a top target that the manager likes.”

“Rafiu Durosinmi is a target that has emerged if Nuno decides to abandon domestic approach he is a 6’4 Nigerian playing for FC Viktoria Plzeň in the Czech Republic.“

Ex added this is a region the club have had success with previously so there is definite interest.

Albion Rrahmani who plays for Sparta Prague is another noted by the insider as a player admired by the club, as well as Mojmír Chytil of Slavia Praque.

Ex went on to state that David Sullivan again is firmly involved in the process, with the Chairman being given names by agents who we could end up targeting.

“Sullivan could go for forwards given to him by agents,” added Ex. He also likes Brazil where there are some reports we like Kaio Jorge of Cruzerio has a good goals return.

“But they reckon there are 15 players on a list.”

Jorgen Strand Larsen is a player of interest, it was confirmed by Ex. However, he advised that it would command a high fee with also doubts whether he’d even want the move, considering the clubs current situation.

Chris Wood could be another he worked well for Nuno but is 34 and had a lot of injuries recently.

In more positive news in Ex’s update though, he confirmed that there is still interest in Charlie Cresswell, with it understood the player and is keen on the move to east London.

Nuno hasn’t said he wants to sign a centre back at the moment but should he do, we would expect Cresswell to be top of that list.

Ex added at this stage there is no further interest in Jesse Lingard, although this could change.
