West Ham head into a vital London derby today knowing victory must be realised to battle relegation this season.
The pressure is now very much on the manager to get the team selection and tactics spot on, with today’s clash with Fulham seen as the first of a run of games where points can be won.
The manager is still without Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Malick Diouf, who are both at the AFCON, however Ollie Scarles is available after withdrawing from the Manchester City game with a tight muscle.
Despite the loss to the Citizens, Nuno isn’t expected to change much for today’s encounter, with Lucas Paqueta expected to retain his place in the starting 11, which some will see as a big call by the boss.
There will hope that should Paqueta start, the trust shown by Nuno will be rewarded, with the club in need of a positive display from the team to deliver a much needed 3 points.
Today’s match kicks off at 3pm and is not being televised, it is available to listen to on BBC Radio London.
