West Ham are progressing in talks to sign Adama Traore, with ExWHUEmployee providing an update on the current state of play.
Reporting on The West Ham Way Podcast, our club insider reported the update, with the club progressing in the pursuit of Traore.
“Adama Traore is someone that Nuno has said he wishes to sign and made it very clear he should be quite cheap,as contract up at end of season and not playing for Fulham,” stated Ex.
“The club hope to conclude a deal for the player soon.”
Ex provided an update on the striker situation too, with a number of forwards under the radar.
“Žan Vipotnik of Swansea someone else we have looked into too,” added Ex. “Troy Parrott of Alkmaar is a player of interest but possibly too much.
Ex also advised there is interest in Rafiu Durosinmi of Viktoria Plzeň, Albion Rrahmani of Sparta Prague and Mojmír Chytil of Slavia Prague.
“Another forward that I can exclusively reveal interest in is Pablo from Gil Vicente. He has 10 in 13 games in Portugal.
“Of course Jørgen Strand Larsen of Wolves. The club have considered offering Kilman back as part of the deal.”
Ex also reported that the club are looking to extend George Earthy’s contract in the summer, with a number of clubs also understood to be keen on taking the club on loan.
Luis Guilherme is also on the brink of possibly being sold. We have turned a couple of loan offers and are trying to negotiate a permanent move ideally. Sporting Lisbon keen and potentially agreeing £17.5m to them. Other clubs like Porto and Benfica are also keen.
Ex added that there is interest in Moroccan international left-back Souffian El Karouani.
Ex also exclusively revealed interest in the Czech league players and in particular Rafiu Durosinmi of Viktoria Plzen.
“The club have been in negotiations this week to try and get a deal completed. Once more there is a lot of interest across Portugal, Italy and Germany in particular looking at the player.”
