West Ham manager Nuno has reportedly isolated certain players in the squad.
Despite what club sources are saying, given the circumstances that West Ham find themselves in, it would be impossible for Nuno to not be under immense pressure right now.
Aside from his tactical involvement in the club’s awful form, the Hammer’s head coach seems to be struggling with the man management side of his job.
Reports have emerged claiming that gaffer has completely outcast certain players and hardly speaks to them.
While we don’t know for certain, it’s safe to assume James Ward-Prowse is one of those given how he’s not even been on the bench since Graham Potter left. Given how small the squad is, it seems absolutely bizarre to outcast someone who, at the very least, can provide some sort of threat from set pieces – more than a lot of the players can say.
It also seems like his relationship with Callum Wilson is strained, and this would explain why he so often chooses to leave the Irons without a recognised striker on the pitch.
Others may also have similar issues with their boss, and with this in mind it’s no wonder why West Ham find themselves in the situation they are in.
