Highly rated 18 year old attacking midfielder Lewis Beckford has signed his first professional terms with the club. The youngster has been at the club since he was 5.
The player who is tipped for a bright future won the January goal of the month award across all West Ham teams following his stunning strike against Everton at Goodison Park.
Lewis is a big West Ham supporter, as are his family and we wish him all the best for the next stage of his career.

The news of Beckford signing his deal was exclusively broken on The West Ham Way Patreon earlier today and has subsequently now been confirmed by the clubs Official Website.
“I’m just very grateful to everyone who has helped me get here, my family, friends and coaches,” said the talented midfielder.
“I was very nervous in the meeting when I found out because football is such a big part of my life. Getting that news was one of the best moments of my life.
“Being able to tell my parents was an amazing feeling. They’ve done so much for me throughout this journey, whether that’s taking me to training or supporting me at games. To make them proud was really special.”
