Despite the pain of VAR calls costing us against Arsenal, all is not lost and West Ham are still in this relegation fight.

Just when it felt all was lost and seeing Spurs take the lead over Leeds last night felt like the final nail in our coffin .. but Dominic Calvert-Lewins equaliser from the spot has given us all renewed hope.

Yes, we lost to Arsenal – but we played well and fully deserved a point at least from the game. That is something we need to take forward.

As we now enter the final 2 games of this painful season, with Newcastle and Leeds left to play. The reality is that these are both winnable games that West Ham simply have to go all out in.

On the other side of London, Spurs are set to face Chelsea and then David Moyes’ Everton – a tougher run most in the game would agree.

So although we are hurting, West Ham do not have time to dwell. We need to lock in and get our minds focussed on doing all we can to survive, and subsequently send Spurs down.

All is not lost. We are not down yet. In fact, Spurs nerves will again be kicking in, especially if we can get a vital win at St James Park on Saturday.
