West Ham fans all over the world are defeated after yesterday’s 3-1 loss to Newcastle.

This game was a must win for the Hammers, a win would have put the pressure on Spurs have to get four points from their last two.

Now, after the Irons slumped to a 3-1 defeat at St. James’ park, just a point from Chelsea away and Everton at home will be enough to keep them up and relegate us.

So, for West Ham, while it’s not mathematically over, ‘it’s not over till it’s over’ has been doing the rounds on social media, barring a Spurs disaster, we will be in the Championship next season.

We will all be supporting Chelsea on Tuesday night, hoping they can get all three points against De Zerbi’s side. This would mean a West Ham win and a Spurs loss on the final day would keep us up, but, it would also make final day relegation heartbreak more likely.
