West Ham need to cash in on Aaron Wan-Bissaka, who has let the club down with performances & attitude this season.

That is the view of The West Ham Way Podcast host Dave Walker, who like many feel that the former Crystal Palace defender downed tools for much of last season, when the club really needed players of his quality to step up.

West Ham will be playing in the Championship next season, with a serious overhaul of players and staff expected in east London this summer.

It is no secret that the club need to raise funds and Wan-Bissaka is looking almost certain to depart – with Everton understood to be monitoring the situation.

Walker didn’t hold back on his views of Wan-Bissaka, who he says he is happy to see the back of.

“I’ve been a big fan of AWB, but last season he let himself down not only with his performances but his attitude,” said the Podcast host.

“When the chips were down, he gave up. I don’t want players like that at West Ham so I’m happy to see him go.”
