Manchester United appear to have learnt nothing from their missing out of Mateus Fernandes as they ‘ready’ a bid for Crysencio Summerville.

The arrogant Red Devils are understood to be getting a £30m bid ready to try and land the Dutch winger, despite West Ham making it abundantly clear that the player is available for £50m.

It’s like Groundhog Day with the Premier League side, who seem to have this bizarre mindset that West Ham will accept a lowball offer and desperately need the money.

Their inability to read the room or show some respect is staggering, considering this stance saw them lose out on their top target Fernandes earlier in the window to Spurs.

Roma have also entered the fray to sign the winger and many will be hoping that they show Manchester United for what they are.
