West Ham are hoping to get the sale of Crysencio Summerville concluded however the player faces a dilemma, with ExWHUEmployee providing the latest.

“As we reported yesterday the bid from Hilal in Saudi for Summerville is now in and has been confirmed to us as €65 plus €5 in add ons which has been accepted by West Ham,” stated Ex.

“Summerville has a dilemma despite a much larger wage offering in Saudi is thought to favour a move to Roma or to another European or domestic team.

“Should those clubs not meet the asking price then Summerville will need to decide whether he will go to Saudi or turn down the move.

“Should he turn down the move and those other clubs not bid as much West Ham would have the dilemma as to accept less when they could have got more or to not accept those offers.

“The easiest solution for all is that Summerville accepts this bid moves to Saudi and West Ham then start on their own recruitment finalisation.

“West Ham are in for a new centre back as we know with Axel Disasi and Dylan Lawlor two of the key targets.

“Unfortunately, at the moment it seems like Disasi is holding out for other options from France and Italy. This transfer could continue until the end of the window because the player is clearly out of favour at Chelsea and if he can’t secure a move elsewhere then he may be persuaded to join West Ham’s promotion charge.

“Cardiff are also reluctant to sell Lawlor but West Ham will continue their attempts to get it over the line.

There are of course other centre back targets that have also been looked at including Ben Nelson and Harry Souttar of Leicester City and Jaden Dixon of Arsenal.

“Bastien Meupiyou is an alternative option. He plays for F.C. Alverca in Portugal at the moment and was on Wolves books at one point and they still own a future sell on clause of 50 percent.

“He has a good season in Portugal and is only 20 years of age so he could be persuaded to move back to England although once more he is being tracked by some top clubs.

“Jean-Clair Todibo will also leave West Ham although at the moment no club is prepared to pay a transfer fee and have been looking at loan offers.

“It’s is thought that a couple of Italian clubs could be looking at him including Juventus who were keen before as well as some clubs like Marseille in his home country.

“West Ham would reluctantly accept a loan offer because it is clear at the moment the defender has no future at the club.”
