West Ham have been hit with a sickness bug ahead of our pre-season friendly with Stevenage, it’s been reported by ExWHUEmployee.
Nuno and his side continue preparations for the new promotion chasing campaign by facing The Boro at Broadhall Way later, as our insider advises that the Hammers boss will have to manage the illness impact for the game.
Reporting on The West Ham Way Patreon, Ex reported that Freddie Potts is a player who has contracted the bug and likely to miss out.
“A few players have gone down with a sickness bug in advance of the preseason friendly tonight against Stevenage,” stated Ex.
“One player we know was struggling was Freddie Potts, and there are said to be one or two others who could also be affected.”
Once the team has been established later, then it’ll become clearer who else has gone down with the sickness.
