West Ham head to Watford today looking for a much needed first win of the Championship season.

Nuno’s side will have been buoyed by the performance in the win over Southampton on Tuesday night, so there is hope the Hammers boss will take the positives and implement those in today’s lineup and tactics.

Hermansen is expected to return to the starting lineup, while Veltman could well be given a starting role after his impressive display at St Mary’s.

The same could be for Divine Mukasa, who Nuno could opt to start after he offered balance and an attacking threat in the middle of the park.

Whether Nuno decides to play a similar system to the one on Tuesday remains to be seen, but there is undoubtedly big pressure on the manager to get 3 points and our season in the 2nd tier up and running.

Today’s match at Vicarage Road kicks off at 3pm.
