Hello Hammers. Here is today’s lunchtime round up.

Slaven Bilic is set to be given a new contract at the end of the season. (Sky Sports)

A very good decision from the club, and a long overdue one too. He is the man to take this club forward and I am so happy that he will be sticking for around for another few years.

Michail Antonio is also set to be given a new deal at West Ham in the near future. (Evening Standard)

Michail has been our best player this season in my eyes, and he will get my vote for Hammer of the Year. Who knows where we would be without his goals this season. He has been absolutely brilliant and he deserves a new contract.

Slaven Bilic has denied claims that West Ham gave Andy Carroll’s agent permission to sell him to the Chinese Super League. (Sky Sports)

I never believed this from the second I saw it. We know how much Bilic rates Carroll as a player, and it would have been a massive shock if we allowed him to be sold.

West Ham have reportedly renewed their interest in Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge. (Express)

He is a brilliant striker on his day, but unfortunately he does not have many of them. In my eyes, we do not need another striker with a woeful injury record. It would also require a huge fee too, which is something that I do not think the board would be prepared to pay.

West Ham will also revive their interest in Crystal Palace striker Christian Benteke in the summer. (Clubcall)

I would like to see us sign Benteke. He is by no means my first choice, but I certainly wouldn’t say no to him if other targets didn’t come off. I think he is a very good striker who is just lacking confidence. He needs a manager who believes in him, and I think Slaven is the perfect man to get the best out of him should any deal happen.

West Ham striker Andy Carroll will be fit to return to the team on Monday against Chelsea. (Daily Star)

A massive boost to everyone ahead of a massive game. We are so much better when Andy plays, and I really believe that we can cause Chelsea problems with him on the field.

West Ham have been urged to bid big money for West Bromwich Albion striker Salomon Rondon. (HITC)

Rondon is a striker that I hadn’t even thought of signing, but its a great shout. He has been brilliant for West Brom since he joined them, and I would definitely be interested in us making a move for him.
