Hello Hammers. Here is today’s lunchtime round up.

West Ham will review manager Slaven Bilic’s position at the end of the season. (Sky Sports)

Please correct me if I am wrong here, but isn’t this a standard procedure? At the end of each season, every team has season reviews. This is Sky just trying to make a story out of nothing in my opinion.

West Ham have stepped up their interest in Lyon winger Rachid Ghezzal. (Daily Star)

I have not seen much of this guy, but I have seen people speak very highly of him.

Ray Wilkins has had some strong words for West Ham winger Michail Antonio, after the rumours surrounding the wingers future at the club. (HITC)

West Ham have made a stunning £25m bid for Napoli forward Dries Mertens. (Express)

This does show some ambition from the board, but it is very unrealistic. He is a player that could be playing for Chelsea or Manchester City, so for us to get him would be very unlikely. I do hope that the board keep this ambition, but target more realistic players.

Hammers legend Tony Cottee says he thinks West Ham should keep hold of strikers Andy Carroll and Diafra Sakho. (Barking & Dagenham Post)

I partly again with Tony here. I would only keep one, and that would be Andy. Andy offers us so much to the team and he is a fan favourite, despite his injuries. I would get rid of Sakho tomorrow if I could, because I feel he is a disruption in the dressing room and that is not needed.

Josh Cullen has admitted that he knows he may not achieve his dream of playing for West Ham. (HITC)

I do hope Josh gets his chance with us. He has been incredible at Bradford this season and is worthy of a place in our squad. He could turn out to be a star for us, but in order to get there he needs to be given a chance. I do hope we give some of our youth players a chance next season.
