Aaron Cresswell has made it clear that West Ham are not ready to settle for 7th spot this season as we head into our final Premier League game of the season this Sunday.

Victory over Brighton and anything less for Manchester United, who play Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park, would see our Irons leapfrog the Red Devils and land a top 6 finish for the 2nd season running, and a place in next seasons Europa League.

As it stands, West Ham are guaranteed at least 7th spot and a place in the UEFA Conference League – thus achieving another season on the European stage.

There is no doubt amongst all connected with the club that the season to date has been another fantastic one, however there is still plenty to play for as we look to make one final push to finish on an absolute high.

“Sixth place is the aim,” declared Cresswell.

“Now we need one more last big push to get into that sixth spot. So that’s what we’ll be looking to do.

“Brighton is another massive game and one looking forward to.”

The final weekend of the season will see not only the top 6 spot be determined, but also the title, 4th spot and the final relegation place. This will be discussed this week on our YouTube show The Shout.

I will be joined by Holly Worthington (@hollseey) to discuss the above and more!
