Former West Ham and now Borussia Dortmund striker Sebastien Haller has been diagnosed with having a testicular tumour after falling ill in pre-season training.

The 28 year old Ivory Coast international is said to have complained of feeling unwell during a training session on Monday and test afterwards identified the shocking news.

Haller, who only recently signed for Dortmund following an outstanding spell with Ajax, will now undergo further tests to determine the illness further.

All of us at The West Ham Way is saddened to hear the news and wish Sebastien all the best on his road to recovery.
