West Ham tonight face Silkeborg in the Europa Conference League knowing just a point would be enough to secure top spot of Group B with a game to spare.

It has been an excellent showing again for our Hammers in Europe, following last seasons heroics whereby West Ham reached the semi-finals of the Europa League. The signs are again looking positive, with West Ham currently with a 100% record in the hope to go further this time round.

David Moyes is expected to ring many changes for the clash at London Stadium tonight, from the one that beat Bournemouth in the Premier League on Monday night.

One big change could see the long-awaited debut of Nayef Aguerd, with the Moroccan in the squad tonight with the strong chance he’ll be in the starting 11 – as reported by ExWHUEmployee.

Lucas Paqueta and Craig Dawson have recovered well from their respective injuries, although Moyes could well decide to rest them both in favour of their returns to action being Sunday when our Hammers visit Old Trafford.

Max Cornet though will miss out again, as he has suffered a setback on his recovery from injury, with it now currently unknown if he’ll feature again before the World Cup.

Dave Walker:

“All we need is a point tonight and we should have enough to get the job done whilst resting some key players for Sunday. Hopefully some of the younger lads will be given an opportunity too.”

ExWHUEmployee:

“All we need from today is a point so it’s a great opportunity for us to rest a lot of players and still hopefully be able to get the job done. I am excited to see Aguerd today and I also think it’s a great opportunity for Conor Conventry to show the talent he has too.

“We have a big game against Manchester United on Sunday so I expect the team will be very different to that and the Bournemouth one. Lets get the job done and finish top of the group making the trip to Romania another game where we can rest players and give others some playing time.”
