West Ham need to accept that a change is needed and remove David Moyes as manager, according to co-host of The West Ham Way Podcast.

Our Hammers were well beaten in the London derby against Arsenal, having capitulated in the second half during a 15 minute spell which saw the hosts score 3 goals after some shambolic defending – piling the pressure once again on David Moyes.

West Ham were in the lead at the break, argulably fortunate to be so, but the second period of the match produced an alarmingly bad showing which leaves question marks over what the game plan and preparation in the weeks leading up have consisted of.

The Scot has come into heavy criticism following a terrible run of domestic form and results, with West Ham picking up only 5 league wins in the last 23 matches. Dave Walker of The West Ham Way has stated that the club need to act and fears time is being wasted.

“I genuinely really like David Moyes,” stated Walker on Twitter. “But I think his time has come now.

“We have the players, we now need the manager. I can’t help but think that we are literally wasting time with him in charge.”

The host of Podcast on Patreon also feels a change would provide much needed freshening up of the club, with the belief that things are now stale under Moyes and tactics being utilised are just simply not working any more.

“We need a fresh start,” added Walker. “New tactics, new ideas, new training, new everything!”
