West Ham are recruiting for a new Recruitment Manager following the resignation of Delroy Ebanks, it has been reported by ExWHUEmployee.

The departure of Ebanks is seen as a blow with Delroy considered a popular and influencial figure behind the scenes in our famed Academy of Football. This also comes off the back of a period whereby the Academy has seen a significant shake up following departures of players, including Harrison Ashby and Sonny Perkins, while also appointing a new Academy Manager in Kenny Brown.

Ebanks has departed the club to join Newcastle United and will now be their new Lead Scout of the South – thus making him go into direct competition with our Hammers as we seek to recruit stars of the future in the south of the country.

West Ham will now be looking at appointing the ideal replacement, as Kenny Brown makes his mark on our Academy following what has a been a positive period, especially in regard to the u18’s, who are having an exceptional season to date.

ExWHUEmployee will be keeping fans fully up to date on the progress of the appointment and all other club matters on Patreon.
