West Ham striker Michail Antonio was coy when talking the incredible moment our Hammers secured European glory in Prague.

The dust has very much far from settled in East London following West Ham lifting the Europa Conference League trophy against Fiorentina after a stunning last minute winner by Jarrod Bowen.

Its a moment forever etched in history with West Ham lifting our first major trophy in 43 years, and fellow forward Michail Antonio has shared his thoughts on what was for most the greatest moment of their football journeys.

When questioned on the antics in the aftermath of the stunning victory, Antonio remained coy but admitted it is a time for all connected with the club will simply cherish forever.

“It was a bit of everything – a bit of dancing, a bit of drinking, a bit of something I cannot say!” stated our Hammers number 9, as reported by Football London.

“It has been a pleasure obviously. I have been here eight years now. To have this feeling, 58 years West Ham have waited for this moment.

“It has been amazing, a great experience, probably the best season I have had since I have been at West Ham.”

Antonio is not happy to settle though, and insists this is now the time to push on and be more successful in the coming seasons.

“Moving forward this is not where we are going to stop, we will see if we can keep carrying it on and keep pushing ourselves and keep doing better,” added Antonio.

“Last year we got to the semi-finals of the Europa League. This year, we won the Conference League. You can see we have a good pack of boys here, we have got good confidence and hopefully we can build on that.”
