West Ham new signing Mohammed Kudus has been described as a ‘top six player’ by a leading football pundit, it has been reported.

Sky Sports reporter Michael Bridge gave his verdict on the signing of highly rated Ghanaian Mohamed Kudus to West Ham, with Michael telling GIVEMESPORT that Kudus is “easily a top-six player”. He also went on to give praise to West Ham’s newly appointed technical director , Tim Steidten, for being a key reason behind the deal.

West Ham won the race for Kudus despite a late attempt from Chelsea , signing him from Ajax just days before the game against Luton Town – the same day as Transfer Deadline Day. Ahead of his arrival to West Ham, Kudus scored a hat-trick in Ajax’s first Europa League playoff match against FC Ludogrets, in which Ajax would go on to win 4-1.

Despite playing in the Europa League playoffs, Mohamed Kudus WILL be eligible to play in West Ham’s Europa League campaign. Kudus has proven experience in both the Europa League and Champions League, and has been sought after by many top clubs, including Chelsea, Newcastle and Manchester United.

Being just 23 years old, Kudus can grow with West Ham as they look to reach new heights, and after a strong start to the season, Kudus will only add to this.
