West Ham today head to the west side of the capital to face an in-form Brentford, following a positive win over Arsenal in midweek.

Despite the display and result against the Gunners on Wednesday in the Carabao Cup, there is pressure to get our Premier League form back on track, and the Bees are set to prove a stern test for David Moyes’ side today.

The loss to Everton last weekend was a significant knock to the confidence and arguably makes this more important to get the 3 points, and the hope will be the bounce from Wednesday night’s performance will be the catalyst to get that much needed result.

David Moyes has selection issues to deal with today though, with Lucas Paqueta and Edson Alvarez both suspended – while Kurt Zouma is unlikely as he recovers from a minor strain.

Emerson however is back from his suspension which is a big boost, but the boss does have a big decision regarding the frontline, following Jarrod Bowen putting in an excellent display against Arsenal.

Antonio is available and it’s a decision that Moyes needs make, although the suspensions may force his hand.

Brentford will be without Mikkel Damsgaard, Josh Dasilva, Keane Lewis-Potter, Rico Henry, Kevin Schade and Ivan Toney.

Today’s match kicks off at 3pm and is not being shown live on TV.
