West Ham today take on Nottingham Forest at the London Stadium in a bid to address an alarming slump in results in recent weeks, with the pressure on to get all 3 points.

David Moyes’ side go into the game in 13th place in the Premier League – a stark contrast of where we were a few weeks ago when we where fighting for 5th place with Aston Villa.

However a run of 3 straight losses has seen our Hammers slide the table, with concerns beginning to grow in east London that another tough campaign is in store.

A win today though would be very welcome, as could leave Moyes’ side in the top half prior to the international break, especially off the back of a hard-fought victory over Olympiakos on Thursday in the Europa League.

The manager will have Lucas Paqueta and Edson Alvarez available today, as they both return from suspension. Alphonse Areola is expected to be starting again after being replaced for the European game in midweek.

There are still question marks over the fitness of Kurt Zouma, with the West Ham captain a doubtful after recovering from a strain. It remains to be seen if David Moyes is to risk the defender.

Divock Origi, Chris Wood, Gonzalo Montiel and Felipe are all in contention to return for the visitors, although Callum Hudson-Odoi is out.

Todays match kicks off at 2pm and is being shown live on Sky Sports Main Event, Sky Sports Premier League and Sky Sports Ultra HDR.
