West Ham’s home kit for next season is inspired by a cup winning year, it has been reported by ExWHUEmployee.

There had been much speculation surrounding the kit manufacturer for some time, with rumours that the club would look for a different supplier from Umbro.

However it’s understood Umbro are working on our Hammers kit for next season, with our club insider Ex providing news on the design.

Reporting on The West Ham Way Patreon, our Podcast co-host has advised that West Ham’s 1965 European Cup Winners Cup kit is the inspiration for the look for the 2024/25 campaign, 60 years on from the triumph.

“We believe that next season’s home shirt is going to be inspired by our 1965 European Cup Winners cup shirts, as seen in the pictures,” stated Ex.

“This not only coincides with a 60 year anniversary of our triumph but also Umbro’s 100 year anniversary..

We have made a couple of mocks of what it could look like. It is important to state though we haven’t seen the kit and this might not be entirely accurate, we will give more details when available.”

Ex will keep fans up to date on the new kits as they become known, exclusively on The West Ham Way Patreon.
