Chelsea have reportedly made Armando Broja available for loan, but West Ham have no interest in signing him.

Ever since his successful loan spell with Southampton, West Ham have been heavily linked with a move for Armando Broja. The Chelsea striker has been someone that David Moyes has been keen to bring to the London Stadium in the past, and rumours have been circling that the Hammers could make a move for him this month.

However, the Blues had slapped a ridiculous £50 million price tag on the Albanian, but a lack of interest has meant they are now open to a loan move. Chelsea are demanding £5 million for his loan though, a fee which no one seems to be willing to pay, including West Ham, The Standard reports.

Even if the fee was not so high though, Moyes no longer rates the player as high as he once did. He suffered a horrific injury at the start of last season and has failed to impress since his return, even with Chelsea’s strikers struggling for goals.

If our Irons are to sign anyone today, it simply must be a left winger given the potential departures. Whether or not that happens remains to be seen, but bringing in Broja on loan is unlikely to solve any of our major issues especially if Chelsea want an obligation to buy.
