West Ham could be set to lose out on Premier League centre-back to bitter rivals.

Despite signing both Nayef Aguerd and Konstantinos Mavropanos over the past couple of seasons, it is clear that West Ham still could do with another centre-back. The two mentioned players have been inconsistent at times, Angelo Ogbonna is surely nearing retirement and Kurt Zouma’s knees look to finally be catching up on him.

As such, it is no wonder why they are already said to be looking at potential signings for the Summer window. A number of players will be considered, but one option is Tosin Adarabioyo.

The Fulham centre-back has been excellent since transferring from Manchester City, featuring in 69 Premier League games for the West London side, Pep Guardiola tipped him to have a bright future and he certainly was right.

According to Calcio Mercato, both Tottenham and AC Milan are set to battle with the Hammers for his signature. Obviously West Ham may struggle to compete with those clubs, but we have seen multiple times how Tim Steidten can sell the project to players.

If our Irons are able to secure his signature, he could be the perfect addition to our back line. Standing at a staggering 6’5 and possessing brilliant tackling, he would be Moyes’ dream defender. It will not be an easy task, and Fulham will drive a hard bargain, but he could be exactly what the doctor ordered.
