Back to back wins and the Hammers are flying high in 11th spot in the league. It seems we are finally finding some consistency now that the season is coming to an end. But all the signs are there for a successful season next year. (hopefully)

Southampton came last week and didn’t really put up much of a fight, save a decent 10-15 mins after halftime. It was as comfortable game as you can get in the Premier League, Southampton with nothing to play for lacked any intensity in the match. Watford today on the other hand will be very different.

One place separates the two teams in the league and the bragging rights of a top 10 finish is at stake. Although Watford might have other things on their mind they play in the Cup final next week.

Watford have not been great recently, losing their last two games and with only one win in their last five. While us on the other hand have won our two most recent games, but they are the only two games we have won in a while.

Watford have Capoue back in the squad who missed last weeks game, Prodl and Quina are both expected to miss out.

West Ham on the other hand typically are getting a lot of people back fit as the season ends. Carroll, Reid and Yarmolenko will miss the match. But some good news Nasri is likely to feature from the bench and Anderson and Rice have recovered from their illnesses from last week and should take their place in the starting 11. Snodgrass also returns from his suspension.

Predicted Teams :

Watford : Foster, Femenia, Mariappa, Cathcart, Holebas, Doucoure, Capoue, Hughes, Pereyra, Deulofeu and Deeney.

West Ham United : Fabianski, Fredericks, Balbuena, Diop, Masuaku, Rice, Noble, Lanzini, Anderson, Antonio and Arnie .

Rice and Anderson, I expect to walk straight back into the starting 11 after missing last week and instantly make us stronger. I fully expect us to go out and put in a performance that sees us win the game and claim at least 10th in the league. I think Antonio is going to get a goal along with someone from the bench in a 2-0 win to finish the season off in style. Another clean sheet and if we can get a Left-Back in during the summer who can be consistent, I expect big things from this defence next year.
