The Premier League has announced that the fixture list for the 2024/25 season will be released on Tuesday the 18th of June.

Next season will be the Hammers 30th season in the Premier League, having spent 29 of the last 32 seasons in the top flight. Dates for all of next seasons matches will be announced on the morning of the 18th of June, dates for all Premier League matches are subject to official confirmation due to selections of broadcasters and various other factors.

The 24/25 season will kick off on Saturday the 17th of August, 90 days after West Ham’s current campaign draws to a close. The last match week of the 24/25 season will be on the 25th of May 2025.

Arrangements will be sorted in order to allow Premier League clubs more rest time during the congested schedule of fixtures around the festive period and the New Year, in keeping with the previous commitments made by clubs in order to address this.

A mid season break has been removed from next season’s calendar in order to allow the season to begin in mid August. The longer break therefore allows Premier League players to have three consecutive weeks off during the summer which takes into account advice from both medical and technical departments who suggest a longer rest period over the summer is more beneficial than a short winter break.

Over the summer there will be a number of international tournaments taking place including the Euros which will be played between the 14th of June and the 14th of July and the CONMEBOL Copa America finals which will be played between the 20th of June and the 14th of July. A number of West Ham players are expected to receive call ups for both tournaments.
